Our efforts include continual monitoring of our SOPs and numerous client-oriented processes. In addition, our quality assurance results are evaluated and formally reported upon during quarterly management reviews.
Our commitment to quality assurance is also demonstrated by identifying program-specific key performance indicators and service level agreements.
