Triplefin Now Owns 100% of RxHope

Cincinnati, OH – October 30, 2009 – Triplefin is pleased to announce the exercise and closing of an Option whereby Triplefin acquired the remaining interest in RxHope that it did not previously own. RxHope is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Triplefin. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
