Gregory T. LaLonde, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. LaLonde joined Triplefin in April 2003 as CEO, being appointed to that position by the private equity group that acquired Triplefin from its former owner, Hawkeye Communications. In his role, Mr. LaLonde presided over the Company's ascent into a leadership position within the field of business process outsourcing. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and identifying opportunities for acquisitions and new service offerings that will best suit the needs of Triplefin’s clients.

Prior to Triplefin, Mr. LaLonde was active as investor, operator and general counsel in several enterprises. His professional career began as an attorney with the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski, where he practiced within the firm's International Department with an emphasis on M&A work in the United States.

Mr. LaLonde holds degrees from Ohio University, Dayton University and Georgetown University Law Center.

Michael H. Eckstein, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Eckstein brings more than 25 years of financial, accounting and distribution experience. He joined Triplefin in 2001 and is responsible for executive oversight of all operations and financial management.

Mike has served as Treasurer, Controller, Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Manufacturing and General Manager throughout his career. He has experience in multi-national distribution, including Mexico, Latin America and Canada as well as in logistics, including truck, rail and intermodal, ocean, expedited and air.

Mike graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Accounting, and he also holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier University.

Sean McNunn, Chief Technical Officer

Mr. McNunn has more than 18 years of technology development and implementation experience. He joined Triplefin in 2009 and is responsible for total IT operations for the Triplefin family of companies.

Sean has built and managed professional services practices in various supply chain management technology companies domestically and internationally throughout his career. He is experienced in all aspects of using technology to support business functions of companies ranging from manufacturing to distribution to financial management. Sean has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.

Wendy C. Ficke, General Manager

Ms. Ficke joined Triplefin in 2006 as a Client Service Account Manager and was recently named General Manager. Her responsibilities include creating and managing teams that adapt to different business models, executing and managing client activities and programs, developing, supporting and growing client business and directing Triplefin’s account management team.

Prior to joining Triplefin, Wendy served as Vice President of Administration at West Chester Holdings Company.

Jim Rhyne, Director, Distribution Center

Mr. Rhyne joined Triplefin in 2004 and is responsible for strategic oversight of all distribution, operational, quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities of Triplefin's Distribution Centers. This includes managing a team of managers and associates who are responsible for the customized fulfillment, inventory management and distribution efforts for the company’s clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rhyne spent 23 years in Operations, Logistics and Quality Management for the United States Federal Government, most recently with the Department of Defense.

Mr. Rhyne attended Kansas State University.

Linda Buken, Director, Contact Center

Ms. Buken joined Triplefin in 1983. As Director of our Contact Center, she is responsible for managing a team of Contact Center representatives who provide customer care, order management, and business-to-business outbound telemarketing efforts. This includes direct oversight of in-house as well as virtual representatives.

Her responsibilities include development and management of client programs, managing quality assurance programs and reporting on program results.

Prior to joining Triplefin, Ms. Buken worked in a supervisory position for Burke Marketing Research. She received her Associate's Degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Karen Wolford, Director of Financial Services

Mrs Wolford has over 32 years of experience in all areas of Accounts Receivable. Prior to joining Triplefin, she worked in a supervisory position in the Credit Dept of Gibson Greeting Cards for 24 years, responsible for the training and development of employees.

Her responsibilities at Triplefin include the planning, implementation and reporting of our client's receivables, while managing a team of 20+ employees. Financial Services provides all functions of Accounts Receivable from cash application to invoice collection and deduction management and resolution.

LeTicia S. Hallstead, Vice President, Business Development

Ms. Hallstead brings more than 23 years of experience in new business development in the Healthcare, Consumer Goods, and High Technology industry sectors. She joined the Triplefin team in 2009 and is responsible for strategic business development across the Triplefin family of companies.

Prior to joining Triplefin, LeTicia designed and executed new business development strategies for various leading enterprise software and professional services organizations. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to identify and develop new lines of business and grow existing territories through her commitment to long term customer satisfaction and client centric approach to business development.

LeTicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oregon State University.

Flintfox

Brian Timberlake, President Flintfox USA

Mr. Timberlake has 15+ experience in Consumer Goods Technology. Mr. Timberlake has held a variety of roles from Senior Consultant to Project Director focusing on Enterprise Software Implementations in the Direct-to-Retail markets. In addition, he has served in Software Leadership roles in Product Management/Strategy working on solutions in Supply Chain Logistics, Retail Compliance, and Trade Promotions Management.

Mr. Timberlake holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

National Patient Services

Rick Randall, President

Mr. Randall serves as President of Triplefin’s National Patient Services (NPS), a company that offers a wide range of promotional fulfillment services for the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Randall founded NPS in 2001 and has spent the past 20 years working in the Pharmacy and Prescription claim processing industry, with a 10 year focus on the management of alternative sampling and promotion programs. Mr. Randall’s expertise includes supporting some of the largest U.S. branded prescription products.

Mr. Randall has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.

Danita Florez, Director of Operations

Ms. Florez has over 22 years of pharmaceutical experience, and has focused specifically on voucher and alternative sampling programs for the past eight years.

Prior to joining NPS, Ms. Florez worked for Caremark, formerly PCS Health Systems, with responsibilities for the sales and product management of the voucher and alternative sampling programs for pharmaceutical manufacturers. At Caremark, Ms. Florez also held positions in product development and market research for pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Keyora

Jamie Lippay, President and Co-Founder

Mr. Lippay is President and co-founder of Keyora Inc., makers of the Webfoot E-Commerce Suite of products designed for Big, Hairy and Total Ugly Enterprise Situations. In his current role, Mr. Lippay is primarily responsible for the business development, finance and operations within Keyora. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company while building strong long term relationships within Microsoft and a small handful of the top global resellers of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Prior to founding Keyora, Mr. Lippay was a partner in the firm of MCS Ltd, responsible for running their Canadian Microsoft Dynamics operations. He has 15+ years of management consulting experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, government and service organizations.

Mr. Lippay holds a B.Comm from the University of Toronto, an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Zingersoft

Dean Beeler, President

Mr. Beeler is the president of Zingersoft, a company founded to develop enterprise level software for the iPhone. A member of the iPhone developer program since it's announcement in the spring of 2008, he developed the flagship product iSSH, which has consistently received high marks in reviews and by users.

Mr. Beeler's experience with software development spans several decades, working with technology as simple as Timex Sinclair BASIC all the way to modern cryptography and agent based simulation. In addition to his work for Zingersoft, he participates in several popular open source projects, including DOSBox, a virtual machine emulator of classic PCs, and MUNT, a music synthesizer software library.

Mr. Beeler has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science.
